Request failed with status code 400 when trying to redeem

As I have done many times before I am trying to redeem some more of my NIGHT using https://redeem.midnight.gd/redeem - I click “redeem” then select Yoroi and after a few second I receive 'Request failed with status code 400’. I have restarted the browser (Chrome) I have tried this on FireFox with the same wallet (Yoroi)…. Is this on the Midnight side? What’s going on? I’ve done this dozens of times without any issues, now all of the sudden ‘redeem’ isn’t working on multiple browsers… Thank you for anything.

I have the exact same problem. Any clue anyone?

On Lace wallet I get the same error: Request failed with status code 400.
And in the network tab the error is: {“info”:“No available thaws left”,“type”:“no_redeemable_thaws”}

Hello, We are raising the increased 400 errors with the redeem portal with the team. In the meantime, these are the steps I would try, to negotiate with the front-end:

  • Double-check the wallet is connected to Cardano mainnet

  • Clear the browser cache, and/or try an Incognito/Private window

  • Temporarily disable other wallet extensions (eg. if using Eternl, disable Lace/Yoroi temporarily)

  • Send 10-20 ADA to your own address (Receive > copy address > send > paste address), or alternatively consolidate UTXO’s in-wallet, or via unfrack.it (https://unfrack.it/)

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge)

  • Disable VPN (or if you are troubleshooting without VPN, try enabling it)

  • If none of the above work, try importing the address to a new wallet (eg Yoroi)

**Remember you do not need to redeem at each thaw. All tokens can be claimed at the end
