Redemption fails with NoRedeemableThaws / 400 on two different wallets

Hi Midnight team,

I am having an issue with the GlacierDrop Redemption Portal.

When I try to redeem NIGHT, the redemption fails with a 400 error:

This happened when trying to redeem from two different wallets / destination addresses.

In the portal UI, the redemption fails with:

Redemption unsuccessful

The confusing part is that the portal appears to show a non-zero “Redeemable now” amount, but the transaction build request fails with NoRedeemableThaws.

I do not want to post my full wallet addresses publicly, but I can provide them privately to the Midnight support team if needed.

Could someone from the Midnight team confirm whether this is a known issue, a stuck redemption state, or a problem with the transaction build request?
