Unable to receive TDUST tokens from midnight faucet - superherojt

What are you trying to do?
I am trying to obtain some testnet token from the midnight testnet faucet

What’s not working or unclear?
The faucet keeps telling me that my request was successful, but I don’t see any token in my wallet.

What have you tried so far?
I have tried creating multiple wallets addresses. I waited for over 24 hours too.

Here’s one of the wallet addresses:

I did too. request went smooth, however still have not received tokens. Is there a certain amount of time I should be telling everyone to allow? going on about 7 minutes now.

@stev Is there somewhere I can look and check whats going on? I hate not having a decent answer for folks. I mean like is there a “technical” answer I could be giving or a place to look to see? Is the faucet dependent on block production?

Faucet was a bit unstable as we tried to recover services since the Cardano Preview partition incident, but faucet is working as of the timestamp of this comment.

I never received my tDUST, I don’t need it, should I share that in contributer hub?

The faucet seems to be not distributing.. I know the team has checked it and hopefully will have an update in the morning on what is going on.

Have you started at the install and done the tuturial? The install is very important

Experiencing the same issue here today. Made 2 requests a couple of hours ago and still haven’t received any tokens. Tried re-syncing several times but to no avail. Support are being super unhelpful as well. Has anyone got any updates?

I have made numerous attempts and nothing. I had the 1,000 in the correct wallet but could not continue to deploy, mint etc showed -0-.

I am having the same issue since 24 hours. The faucet tells me that the transaction is on chain but the testnet explorer can’t find it and the wallet is empty. Not a great developer onmboarding experience so far unfortunately.

I had the same issue yesterday. But I just tried that today and it works now.
