Scammers in DM's on forum

Has anyone else received a DM from someone that makes you think they are answering your question in forum and gives you a 24 hour support line?

I actually got excited..I thought you guys actually had put people on 24/7..lol. anyway.. could use some help with my smart contract issue I posted if anyone is around..haha.. I have been trying to stay on top of these daily quests..:rofl: Now I am just editing to get my badges..lol.

It was a dm.. I sent screen shots to the devrel team chat but I can dm it to you as well

Let’s ask questions publicly - that’s the whole point of the forum: for ppl to learn from one another’s questions. Because if you have a question, others likely do too. So if we answer your question, then in the future, someone else can find the answer and they won’t have to ask it themselves! Saves everyone time, hopefully! :folded_hands:

I agree..That is exactly why I do it, I was very surprised when a fake “jay” sent me a dm.. I love the response I received from the real Jay and have noticed I am getting more engagement.. I did the tutorials for the forum.. Lot’s of very useful tools to engage with.. I love this..
