Night Token Redemption Not Working

Hi there

I have repeatedly tried to redeem my NIGHT tokens but the system is not working. I have also tried searching the net for anyone else suffering similar circumstances so hoping support can be given here.

After much trouble, I finally connected my Trezor wallet during the claim period and received the one page confirmation. I provided both the respective origin and destination addresses however when I go to the redemption page I notice Trezor is not even a choice to connect. So, I read somewhere that you could claim the NIGHT tokens to established Cardano wallets. I went to use my Yoroi wallet (now SecondFi) but learned it had been compromised. So, I recovered my wallet to Lace and tried to claim.

When I connect Lace and enter the destination address, it says “Please enter a valid Cardano address”.

So, I finally found someone saying they had connected their Trezor to Lace to try redeem but when I go to do so using the Destination address approved by the initial Midnight claim process, it still says “Please enter a valid Cardano address”.

Must say this has been a very poor experience and hoping someone from Midnight can please assist with support to closer this out. More broadly the redemption system needs to be updated to be far more streamlined/simplified. Its these issues that are so unnecessarily complicated that the large majority of the world are still not even interested in crypto.

Hello. I am eligible for a NIGHT redemption and my original Destination Cardano address is still visible in my ETERNL wallet.

However, I have forgotten the ETERNL spending password and I no longer have the recovery phrase, so I cannot sign the redemption transaction.

I do not want to redeem NIGHT to an address that I cannot later control.

Is there an official Midnight procedure to verify ownership of the original Destination address and change/reassign the NIGHT redemption destination to a new Cardano wallet?
