Is there an error or something that appears that stops you from seeing the interface?
I’ve helped a lot of people with this and the most common issue was not reading all the information on the screen clearly.
When you log in or enter your wallet address, the total allocation is actually at the bottom of the screen in a really small font.
Do you see that?
