Proof server while deploying contract keeps failing

proof server while deploying contract keeps failing always although all the setup was entirely correct.

the docker error that i keep getting is: (FiberFailure) Wallet.Proving: Failed to prove transaction

This is an evident bug if proof server is via docker on Mac with Apple Silicon.
In order to resolve this
Docker > Settings > General > **Virtual Machine Options > Select Docker VMM**
And apply and restart.
