Dear Midnight Technical Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out for assistance with claiming my Midnight Glacier airdrop tokens using the Lace wallet, connected to my Trezor hardware wallet, which I understand is an approved method. Despite following the instructions in the FAQ, I’m encountering persistent issues and would greatly appreciate your guidance or troubleshooting steps.
Here’s a summary of what I’ve tried and the problems I’ve faced:
Automated Claim Process via Lace Wallet with Trezor:
I connected my Lace wallet, integrated with my Trezor hardware wallet, successfully.
The verification process showed all green check marks, confirming my eligibility for approximately 18,000 Midnight tokens.
Upon submitting the claim, I receive a generic error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again.” No additional details are provided.
Manual Input Attempt:
I attempted to manually enter my wallet address and receive address.
Copy-pasting the addresses is not allowed, so I typed them in carefully.
The system rejects the input, stating that it is not a valid Cardano address, even though I’ve verified the addresses are correct.
I’ve noticed similar issues reported by other users in the community, suggesting this may be a broader technical problem. I’m eager to resolve this and claim my tokens, as I’m enthusiastic about the Midnight project and its role in the Cardano ecosystem.
Could you please investigate this issue, particularly with Lace wallet connected to a Trezor hardware wallet, and advise on any known fixes, additional steps I should try, or if I need to provide further details (such as my wallet address or screenshots) for diagnosis?
