The most common blocker we saw was environment setup - specifically “no module named zk_snarks” and Docker configuration errors. We’re also tracking a fast-sync regression where node sync stalls at the fast-sync-to-full-sync transition. If you hit this during node setup, same deal - not something you did wrong.
