Just as an info, i released Cardano-Signer 1.29.0 today
This version can be used to derive private/public keys from old 12Word/15Words Byron Daedalus/Yoroi wallets.
Those keys can than be used with the sign function to manually sign the Midnight Claim Portal challenge.
Just in case someone with an old Byron wallet wants to try to claim the NIGHT tokens.

Awesome job! Really appreciate it. It will be helpfuls for certain people who are still using Byron era wallet.
I have written up a tutorial in the cardano-forum now:
Cardano-Signer 1.31.0 also supports 27-Word Paper-Wallet Byron-Daedalus key re-generation. And therefore also claiming NIGHT tokens for that type of wallet. 
And its released:
Cardano-Signer 1.32.0 will support Byron-Era 21 Word Yoroi-PaperWallets too.
