I try to validate a claim but I have this error even if I sign with the right address : Public key does not match the address hash
What’s not working or unclear?
On XAMAN, the wallet for the XRP ledger, I sign for validate the claim. But it seems it’s not working if the master key of the XRP address is disabled, it’s the clue I explore. The validation (the last claim step) is not working
What have you tried so far?
On an explorer like https://xrpscan.com/ or https://bithomp.com, if you put my XRP address : rThierryrwJXDh3rJLrKvDLvdhaw54Mi3
You can see the master key is disabled.
And maybe the airdrop process don’t work with these specificity.
Because I tested with an other address with the master key enabled, and I can validate the claim without error.
