What are you trying to do?
I attempted to claim with Ledger (Nano X) connected to Yoroi browser extension.

What’s not working or unclear?
I went through the claim process within Yoroi (Airdrop tab) and signed successfully but after that it showed that the Destination address was the same as the Origin address. I was confused since it never gave me the option to put in a Destination address. I went to the midnight claim site directly and attempted to claim again (to hopefully correct the destination address) and it said that my allocation was already claimed. So I’m worried that something is screwed up such that I may not get my tokens due to my destination address matching my origin address; since the destination address needs to be unused.

What have you tried so far?
Nothing. I haven’t found any info on how to remediate.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me. No way to modify it that I can see. The Yoroi extension says that I have have successfully claimed my allocation but the address it lists for the destination address is the same one as the origination address the ada tokens are in. The built-in check said the address was unused but that is impossible. This seems like a bug to me and I am concerned I am stuck and will not receive my allocation. Also it sucks that there is no way claim against my XRP tokens.
