Courtesy check: proposing Midnightscan for dormant\_projects

Before submitting a PR to move [`Midnightscan`](https://github.com/mediocrehacker/Midnightscan) from the active list to dormant\_projects/ in the Awesome Midnight dApps repo, I wanted to give the community and the original builder a heads-up.

- Last commit: 2025-06-20 (~12 months ago)

- Open DevRel issue (#1, Preprod migration & attribution) opened 2026-02-16, no response since
- No other signs of active maintenance

If you’re the builder (or know them) and the project is still maintained, please reply here within 24 hours. Otherwise I’ll proceed with the PR per the Awesome Midnight dApps dormancy guidelines.
