# Ledger hard wallet solution for XRP

I think I found a solution for the ledger wallet and XRP claim for airdrop.. I reached out to lace wallet in discord, but no response.. I need to discuss this with someone and walk them through it.. I can’t test it because I can’t get the option on the gd page.. any help soon would be great.. Lot’s of XRP holders use cold storage.. If you want to try it look at the xrpl toolkit.. I happened to try that approach about a month ago via xrp toolkit / using a second ghost account as a signer and it worked until the very last section where it says it doesnt match host account or something along those lines when hitting claim.

The only way that worked for me recently is via nufi wallet:

Yea.. it’s down to the wire, and honestly, I use xaman. for everything xrp now anyway, I just wanted to give the xrp hodlrs an other option.. I do not know enough about nufi to walk anyone through it and if I remember correctly, you had to import your seed phrase if you wert using the wallet prior and if that was the case, then might as well just import the seed to xaman.. thanks for the feedback, I think had we put our heads together sooner we might have gotten the toolkit to work.. Well more for us in the scavenger hunt…lets goooo!
