# How to reset the miner when it is not able to get challenges. - jamminceo

`What are you trying to do?`  
Everything is setup accordingly to the rules.

`What’s not working or unclear?`  
It has been active on several occasions but I am unable to reset the browser and ‘Waiting for the next challenge…’.

`What have you tried so far?`  
I have restarted the browser (Brave) and it is showing the stip arrow icon when hovering over reset.

`Add any relevant code or error messages.`  
`No codes or errors listed at UI level. How to check for hangups is the question.`

I have been hearing this all day.. I would check to see if your brave sheild is on

I think they are trying to keep this forum on dev topics but felt that was techie enough.
