# Faucet not working - safarisaga

`What are you trying to do?`  
Trying to get tDust for this address “mn\_shield-addr\_test1juyxh8l4yyswwsq30efjmlxax2vews9nx5qd78ynj6znyxhpk6ksxq9ct63cxt6u7m0jar576pjavyk6mhsq3qy2kgtd366mn2n20rjfjqgrkkmp” and the transaction id is “00000000c9e8e3e1fd6f097033e0e215af4fd89f39eb6e734760b55863625c4bbb3c583e”

`What’s not working or unclear?`  
I requested tDust from the faucet but still not working

We are working through issues with the faucet. For now the fastest way to get started is with the local dev environment. One of our community members published this earlier in the week to help out. This didn’t work on my PC. Everything seems to be set up correctly. Relevant ports available and mapped correctly but the web socket connection fails. I posted a comment in the YouTube video asking for support but not only was it ignored but it was deleted. Helpful!! So, if anyone has had success setting this up or knows another way of getting tDust into the Lace Midnight Preview wallet would you please let me know.

We do not support windows. You will have to run it in Linux or Mac.
